Translation:
My best guess: "If person's bad on the inside, what good are his looks on the outside"
Somehow I doubt the folks at Wonton Foods INC. spend that much time thinking of it's meaning. Maybe they just love frosting....ummm...frosting...I think I'm gonna get eat that cupcake now.
